Since 3rd July’18, I have been getting SMS and on 4th July’15 I got a mail and a call on my mobile saying that due to my unavailability my order did not reach me. But no one contacted me at all. I have been ordering from Shopclues and every time I get my delivery in the mentioned address.
With immense displeasure I want to state that again I got a recorded voice message saying that the courier person could not deliver my order as I was not available. What rubbish is this? No One contacted me. And this is happening too many times. I have mailed you earlier too.
This is utter rubbish. No one contacted me for delivery. I was in the location all the time. These people are harassing me too much. If they can’t give a delivery on time, and keep telling white lies to cover up their incompetence, shame on them.
