Hello friends today today Im going to talk about shopclues website and app. I am a always online guy I buy each and everything online Talking about shopclues they seriously dont know anything about customer service when you want to return or exchange any product and you called customer service first for 5 min you have to listen the ugly theam sound of shopclues then they will tell you to mail them the pictures and videos of your wrong product that was very irritating. Product quality is fine but once I ordered a power bank and it was broken. Delivery time is 8 days max. App and website is easy to use ok its 2017 everything on smartphone is easy. Reliability. End of it all its not so reliable I will prefer flipkat and amazon over it. I will give it hardly 2 star.
