Shopclues didnt take back the item which I found fake and damaged. I submitted return request in the same day I received the product. But nobody has ever contacted since then and I lost my money. Shopclues loot my money.
This is the first time happening like this. I usually dont use shopclues but since I found the price less I bought from them and found out they are selling fake and damaged products. I have a good shopping experience from almost all shopping sites like amazon, flipkart etc. This is the first time I got cheated. Never buy anything from shopclues if u dont want to loose ur money.
