BEWARE !! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT SENT PRODUCTS !! REAL CHEATING !!

I ordered a 32 inch TV from Shopclues with a lot of belief and trust . Though I am a bulk order customer to many other E-Commerce stores online like Homeshop18 and Flipkart, this time I wanted to give a test to Shopclues and try before I give a real bulk order. This transaction particularly turned horrific to me , customer support is quite worse , they never answer me properly , quality of the lines are too bad , and the queue ( I don’t exactly know the number of people attending calls, but I can approximate it to 2 or 3 at max).


Shopclues must know one thing that without customers they are a zero. So treat customers properly to get more people buy your products. Do they think people with bad experience like me will ever return to buy their stock ! No way ! . This No response nonsense brought me finally to this , writing an E-Mail neglecting heavy business work and there is more to say and implement if they don’t make things right.


Every time I call their number, the executive says that it will take 48 hours to resolve it. How many 48 hours do they need! will it be a 100? I need an immediate response for my order. I want them to do it faster before I ask everybody. (My employees , Friends and other partner companies) not to use their service and loose all my business.


Update 4/4/2013:


I now got a message from shopclues that they shipped the order and gave me a fake tracking number and some zig-zag courier . When I called that courier company they said they is no kind of that shipment, they received no such consignment . They are cheaters! Don’t ever believe them.
