So as you can check my history this is my first & worst order with shopclues and its been more than two weeks & I haven’t anyting. From yor guys apart from your apologies & your TAT of resolving my issue in next 24-72 hours. Also you guys might be running on such a poor and back obsolete techology as I have sent 4 time, you getting the its fore times I have sent you guys.post that what reply I am getting from side it that you have not shared any pictutes with us till now. I am sending from my registered email id then how come its not showing you over there, this is not my issue.might be you guys. Just need to upgrode your systems. When I called a few days back I don’t remember the exact date as I have a life and job and other things to do as well unlike you guys, so some girl took my coll and she was so lame an untrained that she was now ot able to assist me and hence ended up by diconneting may call. Shall I consider this then she was not having and answers or you guys are in the top list of frouds. U
So, lest move on to another and very interesting phase of this story. So when I called you guys up yesterday as it’s quite obvious as it’s my hard earn money so I have to. So the ao called executives and or programmed seniors who were just repeating on statement only like they were programmed to act like that, told me that they are inverstigating! Oh hell you are kidding me its been over two waks even I took a screenshot of my mail where its showing me that the mail was sent to you guys but again the representative asked me to uplod these images on your site, you guys really think so that I have that I have that much time to do these things just because of your failure.
After all you have sent me the single quantity wherein I ordered for 3, and the one which I have received with that too is totally CRUSHED and I have already shared the condition of thet cap to you guys. I mean it’s your fault and why I am suffering because of your fault, you just have check with your warehouse team and the couriew team and still no update from you guys how much patience you can expect from a customers! I am done with my patience leves with you guys. All the representatives to whom I had word with all were useless and were even not able to form a sentense property over the call and you guys have put them to your eacalation desk are you guys in sune or your guys are hiring School drop outs in your esclution team, all those 3 guys akshay, prakash& ajay were totally dump
