Recently I made a purchase at shopclues and wish to share my frank opinion on this web based B-to-C portal. on selecting the good, I was informed that I would get 2% of the invoice value as cluesbucks.
As I proceeded for payment, I was asked to select online payment mode informing me that if paid online, I would get additional 2% by way of cluesbucks.
(Each clues bucks being equivalent to Rs.1) . After I made the purchase paying online, I got only2% of the invoice value as cluesbucks.
I made several representations both online and over phone, but unfortunately I was not given proper answer for not crediting the additional 2% cluesbucks.
One mr. Paul handled my phone call, and was not showing any interest in understanding my claim and simply cut the line.
I feel, being cheated as their claims were misleading and offers are also not very competitive if you consider landing costs. I do not suggest such unfriendly web site to make online purchases.
