Order Id: 2893657. I ordered a product (Backpack) even though there was not an immediate need of it. Just because of a lucrative offer that Shop Clues had promoted.
The product I ordered was ok ok in the look and feel. However, I didnt start using it immediately. After a weeks time I started using it and it started wearing out within 5 days of usage. I decided to highlight the same to Shop Clues Customer Service, so that they can share the feedback with the vendor.
To my surprise, I was replied that I should have complained to them within 10 days of the purchase as per their return policy. Now they wont be able to refund or replace. First and foremost, I had never asked for refund / replacement. Now I have got so must pissed off with their reply that, I am definitely gonna complain through each and every channel that I come across and fight for the refund / replacement.
Also, I will make sure that I post this comment in various blog sites, so that everyone knows about the so called return policy.
