I bought a fruit juicer, to my shock it doesn’t have the few parts required to use it. I raised a return ticket and its closed without a refund. Being asked on it, they told that products return tickets under quality are not addressed and so they closed it.
I asked what’s the whole purpose of buying a product when it is not able to be used and there is no other option to select the category and so I asked to changed the category dependently. For which their answer was they can’t change it now.
I would have raised a return ticket, if they have given the comments while closing. They didn’t even do any thing properly.
They are cheating customers openly. And this is not the 1 st time. Since I had to use my cluebucks I shopped in it. From now on, I won’t use ShopClues. The World’s worst online shoppy. I never had such an experience with other online sites.
