ShopClues claimed of selling a 100% Genuine Leather Belt - https://shopclues.com/mens-leather-belt-brown.html however when I received the belt it was some cheap roadside available Synthetic / rubber belt, anything but not leather.
When I asked for Return Request as per their Return Policy https://shopclues.com/return-policy.html: "Significantly different from the description given by the merchant"; they denied & kept on sending same replies: "We have sent you the standard quality product as per the description mentioned on the website. Therefore, we may not be able to fulfill your return request as per our return policy."
I’m posting the images here, please refer & protect Customers interest. I’m definately not only behind the amount spend behind the belt but my interest as a customer & the time wasted behind the idiotic staff of Shopclues.
