Ordering the product was my biggest mistake .
I will always regret for the day when I opt Shopclues to purchase a winter cloth .
After purchase they people donot receive call and reply email!I have sent them several notification but they donot reply. Even on complaining website I have wrote their reviews even then also there is no response.
I have order a coat and wanted to replace it due to size issues .
Shopclues even donot replied and took back the product .
Ridiculous customer service .now no orders from them and recommend not to use it .
