Okay so here I am gonna talk point to point about their services.
1) Customer service; worst pathetic words are less for that as like they don’t even know what a customer is for their reputation.
2) Product quality; the point of their service they are all selling local products as showing them branded and even they are selling at the higher prices. like I bought a trimmer for 799 which was avialable in the market for less than 450
3) Delivery Timeliness; they do not even owe a logistic company but atleast they should know what it is like punctuality.
4)App; it is not nice either hangs for sometimes and crashes a bit.
I would not recommened to go for it.
