I had ordered five face napkins. But when it came to delivery I received only three of them. Also the packaging was not proper. Moreover the quality of napkins was very bad and had stains on them. I have spoke to the customer care and they are asking me to go for a replacement.
A time consuming process. My concern is that for just five napkins I have to take so much of trouble just because of the carelessness of the seller.
