Shopclues.com, this is a group of cheaters, whatever product you buy from this website comes used or broken or very cheap quality that you may get easily from road side vendors and even cheaper then the listed price on shopclues.
While surfing this website you will feel so good, oh wow nice product range at very cheap price, they are giving 70/80 or even 90% discounts, you will feel like you got a best website from where you can get all the products, BUT remember you will get third class Chinese products and they are in reality the third copy which you can get even in good quality and in less price from road side vendors.
There customer service is also very bad, they don’t respond properly and they are not trained good, I purchased a Bluetooth speaker from them, that excites me as I say on the site, that’s obvious as if you are getting that in just 230 during discount time. I got the product within four days, that’s pretty fast, why not they want to sell there scrap as soon as possible. I was so excited to use that, but I found it is out of battery so I charged it used it. And guess what, after fully charged it lasted for 120 sec. I charged it again and again and the same result+/- 10 sec.
Then I decided to return it back and get a new one as it was used. I contacted customer care they said ok sir return it back we will refund you money. But no one came to collect it back for 15 days, again I requested them then the guy came and collected from me. From that day I never got refund and product back. That was just the matter of 230 or something I dropped my hope.
This is not the only product on the basis of which I am writing this, I ordered two three more products and one came broken, I got refund for that, second one also cheap quality even did not last for a month. Then I dropped idea of using Shopclues and never recommend to buy from this site.
