I ordered a blanket in the month of Nov 23 with order no. 27690701 after 10 days without any status I logged a ticket with support they gave me shree anjani courier tracking number to my horror the tracking no displayed that courier was in the city from 4 days but there was no attempt made to contact me.
Around 12th of Dec 2014 I receive a call from source location saying they do not have office near my office which is centre of Bangalore.The guy asks me to collect the courier from their Shree Anjani head office which is in corporation around 15 kms from my place.
If I have to go and collect a package on weekend wasting 3 hours of my precious time I would have rather bought the blanket in a mall it defeats the purpose of online retail.Retailer charged me Rs 90 for courier service.
After following up numerous times with shopclues update was that they are following up with the courier guy to deliver the item.
Now the joke is that after one and half month of suffering the winter waiting for the blanket to arrive and utilize it my present life time they say the product has been delivered.
Meanwhile prior to this update I received a call from shree anjani courier saying that I have to collect the product from office but he gave me few options I accepted to collect it at their Bommanhalli branch office.
Now the update is the courier is delivered but I did not receive the package but the customer support guy insist that courier has been delivered and the case is closed.
Instead of giving me the proof of my signature on acknowledgement slip the support executive says as per the coordination with courier partner, have they made an effort to look at the acknowledgement slip is this a vegetable market they are running.
Please look at the agony I had to go through in dealing with shopclues in the below mail chain while suffering cold winter this is the reason. I say give 100% FDI to MNC at least they will server consumers better these reliance, birla, future group and tata are always looking to loot consumer since its been happening from last 60 years but take my word after 30 years half of these companies will be history.
Best retail I have seen is raheja owned Shopper stop and hyper city, amazon.in and the worst is future group (Big bazar, Bangalore central) and shopclues. The moment MNC bought some share in future group the service started improving.
I have never seen amazon give 50% discount/discount fair/one day sales to boost their sales they know that they will loose on quality.

Today the courier guy gave me address of his office to collect the courier the office seems to be 15 kms from where I live.It seems to me as a joke if I have to travel 15 kms to collect a blanket I would have bought it near my home why should I opt for online shopping. Above scenario defeats the purpose of online shopping.If I was not supposed to deliver to my address why was I asked for address input in the first place.I want a quick resolution from you else I will cancel the order.

Its been more than 10 days since I have placed the order but still shipment seems to be to and fro from Bangalore on the courier tracking site. Will the package be delivered?
