Today’s day many E-commerce site has been created by the programmer.Someone need to money so he start an E-commerce company. Shopclues is on of the India’s E-commerce company under the hungry worse shopping category.So What is best experience in shopclues, now I want to tell this to viewer.some month ago I found a ads on facebook that every product in lowest price then I clicked and redirect to shopclues website, Somehow I found many product which I want to buy then I carted and bought five product on shopclues 1.Sunglass, 2.Power bank, 3.Bluetooth speaker, 4.Data Cable, 5.Charger every product at once.The cost gone to 3100 rupees .I waited 7 day but one product did not came what-ever next 13 days I got every product one by one.But my bad Experience was started when the Currier boy called to my phone.He told me "Collect your product in Kolkata station"that place was 19 kilometer at my house somehow I went there and collected them because That was prepaid order.Next Bad experience was when I un-boxing the product, first my sunglass was totally braked then power bank was totally fake because Sony logo was crashed, Bluetooth speaker working well but Bluetooth function dimmed after some day, Data cable was fake but it working now that was good and charger was burnt by over heating.
The customer support behavior was good but they can’t solve my delivery problem.Overall shopclues is totally unbalanced and hungry to income money by any cost .
