I ordered a camera. They said, 6 days as delivery time. I got it only after 10 days. It was mentioned that it includes a pouch and a charger. I did get them both.
I wanted to chat with them online. Every time I had to wait for 30 mins and then only I could chat to a representative.
Once I was chatting, and I told, I had to wait long for chatting. Thats it. they removed the very feature the next day. Thinking the mail-communication would be slow, I called to their number(not toll free). The IVRS simply said, "Wait for 60 minutes. our executive will help you."(60 minutes in a call. Awesome!!! )
E-mail was the only option. The only reply I kept getting was "Your request has been forwarded to the merchant and we will try our best to get you a resolution within the next 3-4 days".
I have waited for 2 full months. No updates yet. How deceiving they are. :(
