I bought apple iphone 5 ear phones listed in "https://shopclues.com/apple-iphone-ipad-earphones-earpods-with-remote-and-mic-handsfree-headphones-for-iphone-3-3s-4-4s-and-5-more.html". It claimed to be OEM and brand was Apple in description. It costs 2999 and discounted price as 799.
but when I received the product it was so cheap that its quality was less than 100 rs headphone buyed on street side.
When I called for refund, Its very hard to talk with there customer care they keep you on hold for more than 20 mins still I managed to contact them and the answer was OEM is the company name and it is clearly described as its OEM, that’s why we wont refund it and we are sorry for writing brand as Apple in description. That’s all. no further communication.
Worst site and support I found in last two years.
