Hello friends I ordered a product from shopclues.com. I bought a smartphone one month ago. Their is customer service is not good. They did not give a satisfy answer of my question.I called them to track my order. Their product quality In mostly cases are bad. They did not provide all the specification of the product on their website. This is the biggest issue. Their delivery time of product is normal. Interface of the app and website is good. It is user friendly website. Most of times you’ll get damaged products. This is the main reason why the prices on these websites are very low. Products on these websites are mostly non reliable. I recommend you please use any trusted website for online shopping. I am not satisfied with this.
