Friends I am merchant of shopclues website and I really feel bad to write that this site is very wrost site. I dont know what the behaviour of this site with customers but as merchant this site is very not good option. This site only wants to earn money and for this they charge so much commission and because of their commission the price of product is very high. I really dont like one thing of shopclues that if customers dont like any product and if its price is less than 500 Rs. than shop clus approve their refund request without asking from merchant and even they told the customers that they can keep the product and also their money and shopclues charge from merchant commission. this is really very fake and cheat website. if you want to become merchant than please go with another option.
Even their customer executive have no knowledge how to behave with merchant. really disappointed.
