Cheated by shopclues

It is the worst online shopping app by which I got cheated

I have orderd power bank on shop clues and 1st time it came defective and I filed return request and then they told that it will not be replaced because stock is out of that product then the return money in the form of clues bucks and I ordered another one that also came defective . now how many more time I have to waste my time in this all
