I came to know about this site by searching in BuyHatke where they give similar products at low cost
Shop Clues was one among them.
I searched for Samsung earphones and I got the results where Shop Clues had at lower Cost. I made risk to purchase not knowing anything about the website.But I was really satisfied that I got the product at lower price and it was working fine.The delivery time was 3 days but the packing was too bad.
So with this hope I need to purchase Earphones for Samsung galaxy grand. I ordered it.
It got delivered almost same time. But surprisingly there packing was like it was already used. And Earphones were not working it had some defects.Then I requested for return contacting customer care. But it is almost more than a week there is no response from them yet.
And one thing I came to know was ShopClues is just a dealer Site where it products from merchant will be directly sold to customer through ShopClues.I couldn’t understand how I can I trust the productsI couldn’t even understand can the product be Make of any local brands. Will ShopClues take care of all these things?
Your suggestions and experiences on this would be helpful for everyone.?
Please do mention if there is any good E-Commerce website selling products at lower Cost.
