My name is Rahul, first time I ordered a puma shoe through shopclues website, but they delivered an defective product, so guys please be aware of ordering through this site, I had done all procedures for returning this order, but I am not getting any updates, called more than 2 times but no updates. they were asking the pic of the shoes, I had already sent it. but that is not the way to treat the customer, customer does not ask the pic of the shoes before ordering, so please do needful for me or I gonna raise the complaint against this.
