I don’t understand why such shopping site are promoted on the TV in the form of ADs. I have ordered 3 items on ShopClues but I was disappointed with the product I received that too after a very late delivery time of around 7-8 working days. I received broken product and even the plastic quality was cheap. When I reported the same to the ShopClues customer care they replied to send the damaged product photograph. I sent the images but they replied that they are not getting any image. I sent the pictures many times they said the same lastly I said I will email them the pictures of damaged product and did the same. After that I got a replay that your replacement time that expired. This is purely cheap trick to avoid replacement of the product.
