I bought Creative EP-630 earphones from Shopclues and they come as duplicate product. The merchant was EMART. The original product as from Creative website and store should have:
Clubbed double wire from connecting jack to earpiece wire separator. The one I received has only single wire
Earpiece wire separator is bigger in original than the one I received.
The connecting jack in original is bigger than the one I received.
Build and Sound quality is really bad.
Overall this is not the original product.
I contacted Shopclues and they said that they contacted the merchant and he said that the product was original. How can you expect a merchant delivering the fake product will accept the allegations simply if you asked them and Shopclues should have some quality check team which it seems they don’t have.
Shopclues should be ashamed of this.
Never buy from this website again.
