Shopclues promises to deliver the products at the cheapest price, but its ’return guarantee promise’ is 100% fake. I got a defective mobile phone, and tried my best to contact shopclues.com, but never worked. The mails / return requests do not even deliver the ’acknowledgement mails’ and are never answered.
The calls made to shopclues are never picked. The ’return product’ feature throws an unknown exception error. The only feature which works without any glitches, is that of placing the order. Once the order is delivered, the relationship of the website with the customer ends.
I have tried sites like flipkart, snapdeal, rediff etc. and all of them have excellent after-sales support. Even if shopclues sells goods at a 50% lower price, I am not going to try it again.
