I am giving you personal expernce first time I am using shop clues .com am purchase Jena’s they devilry after 5 day .then a check courier the Jens look like second hand iwant to return and exchange my product because of its poor quality.I forgot the password of my account and I am unable to recover it because of which I am unable to return and exchange the product. I have mail them many times for return and refund. They do not reply when they will return and refund my mony I am waiting till patience.
