I haven’t yet received the item which was ordered on march 5th (order id 2672206, changed by shopclues to order id 2735482 on 13 march without any information to me).
The aramex tracking number 4755458223 given by shopclues, on tracking shows delivered at some other city (salem) while shipping address given in the order id was chennai. your customer care replies same template message without reading my mails. My Rs.3400 is at stake. Please let me know the real tracking number or kindly do a refund. Else I would have to ask my credit card issuing bank for a chargeback.
Shopclues service is becoming unreliable day by day. Please do not place high value orders in shopclues and then get into a situation like mine.
