Shopclues.com is not a relibale company whom you can trust, me as well as my friends had some not so pleasent experience with shopclues.com. They need to work a lot on some of their policy and customer service. Some of the demerits of shopclues.com are as follows:
1. There support center is worst they do not have knowledge of company and business policy. They are arrogant and do not care about customer at all.
2. They do not provide complete information about the product on their website.
3. They do not take responsibility of responsibility of shipping, even if your product will be lost, damaged or not delivered they will not try to communicate with you.
4. Their most of the products do not have return policy.
5. Items picture that are displayed on the website are always different than the original items that you will receive.
6. Their logistic team is just pathetic.
Overall I would not recommend it to anyone.
