I am a regular buyer of shopclues.com even I am a merchant of this portal too . but as a buyer I am unhappy with those seller who are not really interested to sell product genuinely. as a buyers we are selecting product and order it but some sellers sent wrong products. and after that buyers are facing much difficulty to return or exchange the product. even I had a bad experience too. so requesting to the sellers that please don’t sent wrong product. bcz due to yours mistakes the reputation of this portal become bad in market . even when I am dispatching the product I will make sure to don’t send wrong product.
