ShopClues.com has been of my worst experience in the field of e-shopping. The site provides menial customer care and poor delivery services.
I had ordered a Frappel foldable mouse that worked on Bluetooth. The product took 3 days past the due date to arrive. The packaging had no bubbled wrapping and the product was covered in thin plastic sheets. This was the worst ever unboxing experience. The product box was half sealed and the manual inside was folded. The mouse, being white, had visible scratches and looked like a used product. I tried to contact their customer care but they couldn’t even provide a straight solution. Being helpless, I tried to make the maximum use of the mouse but it hardly worked for around 2 months. Since the incident, I have never even presumed to order from their website.
I wouldn’t advice you to go with ShopClues.com even if they’re providing stuff at comparative less rate. Always go with trusted sites like Flipkart and Amazon.
