Shopclues.com website says that they are no. one in India and offers protection for consumers. But the real story is that there are several merchants (example of my experience given below) selling fake items and they don’t deliver the item, but we will have to pay the amount up-front.
I ordered for a Omega Seamaster skyfall 007 limited edition Watch on 7th July 2014. (https://shopclues.com/omega-seamaster-planet-ocean-600m-skyfall-watch-2.html) through this website from a merchant named Shoppers Zilla. The amount was paid upfront. But till date I haven’t received the watch offered. Instead they sent a duplicate omega watch. I raised a request for changing or refund. Nothing happened. I called the merchant, He is calling badwords to me and saying, do what ever you want. I reached Shop clues, but when ever I call they will register that as a new complaint and answer, we will get back to you in 48 hours. But they don’t get back or do any thing. From 2006 onwards,
I have been shopping from various websites like ebay.in. But this is the only company cheating the consumers. There will be lot of victims like me. Please open up. We should not allow these people to cheat online users.
