I am re-rating my review and would have given less than 1, if an option was there. How can you ship broken piece twice?
Interestingly, I received broken piece for my order, not once but twice, after waiting for a month. Atleast, I will keep my distance from shopclues now and will advise all to do the same.
What a shame.

My family was using shopclues from last few months and were happy with their services until they hit twice in a week.
Products ordered were showing "Processing - Order Pickup Initiated" from the second day we ordered but even after 2 weeks, the status is same and customer service has just one response - "there has been delay from seller. Please be patient" - ultimately, one of the product was out of stock.
This might be the last time I will be using shopclues.com and am pretty happy with delivery of flipkart though their costs are 5-10% costly. But hey, that’s price for peace of mind.
