I had a very bad experience with Shopclues. Products displayed on the site does not match delivered goods. I ordered a sweator it was not as it displayed and colour was very dull. Also the product I recieve was of poor quality. I complained to customer care but I got no proper response from customer care. Its refund policy is very poor. Delivery takes more time as it shows. They are providing worst service to us with no tracking details, no quality, no communication. Shopclues app and website is not reliable so I recommend you to don’t shop from here and try other trusted websites.
