I placed an order for a blu-ray disc for Rs. 379 in Shopclues website. After 4 days, when I was looking at the order status, I found that the order was cancelled by ShopClues for reasons not specified. When contacted them they send some Bla. Bla. Bla. email and finally they quote that in their website they have mentioned for Cancelled orders it will take 3 weeks to get refund.
Let us take an example of this Case. This Blu-ray disc is Rs. 379 and let us assume that about ten thousand customers across India have ordered for this item which will result in(Rs. 379 x 10, 000= 37, 90, 000) . It’s a big number.! Rs. 38 lakhs in Shop Clues account. For all these ten thousand customers, The ShopCLues cancels the order and will refund the amount only after 3 weeks.
If you can do the INTEREST Calculation for this Rs. 38 lakhs for three weeks, you can know how they are earning money.! SO NEVER SHOP AT SHOP CLUES. THEY LURE THEIR CUSTOMERS BY DISPLAYING A VERY LOW PRICE IN THEIR WEBSITE AND WILL CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER 3-4 days WILL GIVE SOME NONSENSICAL REASON. Do the math by yourself and NEVER-EVER SHOP at SHOPCLUES.com website
