I bought a moto g4 plus from this site shopclues and provided with the seller warranty from shopclues and after use of 2 months charger got busted. They are not even returning the charger they are saying that it is out of warranty. I mean how can a phone warranty be like this that charger is out of warranty and phone is under warranty. it’s their policy I mean what kind of policy is it where a Phone’s charger is out of warranty. it is not included in the warranty of the phone so when I call them I had talked to a customer care representative who transferred my call to a senior person that senior person said that charger is not included in the warranty it was not mentioned that the time of buying that product so basically they are faking everything so I’ll never suggest you to buy anything from this site.
