I ordered 3 product from Shopclues. All of them had inferior quality. For two product since cost was little less than other sites I kind of accepted lot quality.
But I ordered one cycling helmet for 650 and that product was also very cheap in quality. They also charged 30 rupees for COD, Amazing.
The product which Shopclues sent me was may be 200 rupees helmet which is available in local market anywhere. The product was totally different than shown in the image.
Once I requested for return my nightmare started. The return pickup took more than 12 day.
After return pick up when I called their call center they told me it take 7-10 days for product to reach us, Really? There is no way to track if they got the product back.
After waiting for 12 days, I called back. The executive told me that it would take 2 days to get back to you and as you may guess nothing happened.
I called up once again and same story was repeated that in 2 days we would get back to you. But now the return request on even higher priority.
I am not sure how may level they have.
I feel Shopclues is clueless about e-commerce business.
I would request everyone to stay away for them if you do not want to lose your money.
