Completely agree with you one of the most e commercial site I.iever see worst service, worst delivery time, fake and duplicate products pathetic customer support that’s all about shopclues.com.Now iam sharing my experience my first order on shopclues .i paid the money after checking on the site that the product is available and delivery to any area pincode after three days. reply comes from shopping is that product is currently un available at mearchant.my question if product is then why they don’t showing out of stock? couple of days again reply comes your address not shipping and you will get the refund complete nonsense and horrible service .if my address not shippable why they place the order? after 15 days of hassile and pain I get my refund I think something if happens but after some days I place my second order on this site and same story repeated by the fake and frudable people and lost the complete trust on this site on of the most fake e-commercial site in india.
