It was my first experience with the shopclues shopping website. when I saw the offer of end of the season sale with upto 75 percent off on top brands polo tee shirts I was very happy and it took me no time to decide that to buy it. So that was the moment I just placed the order and saw that the product is not eligible for cash on delivery that was very disappointing such a great deal but payment problem. Then I had to pay from my friend’s card cause I didn’t want to loose these deal. Now I must say that the delivery was on time as it was planned by the application. But then the product disappointed me in a number of ways first of all the size that I have opted for was not delivered like I ordered a S size t shirt and L size were delivered and when I tried to ask for exchange or return they turned their back on me, they told me that the product can’t be exchanged. And another problem was the quality of the product it was a branded cloth but still the color is fading away in just 15 days of daily wash. So please I would suggest to buy from showroom instead of getting cheated online. I hope this helps you friends. Thank you.
