Friends it’s my worst experience with shop clues . Recently two or three month back I have order for 3d bad sheet combo. When I given order bad sheet was looking amazing in image and price was just 600/- for combo of 3 bad sheet which was 3 D. then I think that in this price cannot possible for 3 combo double bad sheet after think two three days I decided that I should order might be that it’s clearance sale . After that I order it and made payment through my kotak net banking . Within week I received the same from courier boy. But friend after opening a packet I was shocked that whatever I seen image at the moment of order was completely different and before order I had some doubt so, I confirmed to customer care executive of shop clues and he assure me that don’t worry sir you will get the same after this assure only I have given online order and made pre payment from my account . I was very disappointed when I opened packet .it’s very pathetic quality bad sheet, colour format was very old pattern, and was not looking 3D bad sheet from any single angel . Then next day I contact via mail and raise a complaint for exchange or refund my money . They took my complaint and given reference num of complaint . After 2 and 3 days somebody came at my home for taking back packet .I talk to person who came to me for same, told him how can do that image shown on shopclues is totally different and whatever they send it’s different then he replied sir I am receiver only, u should contact to shopclues for further . on immediately I called up customer care shopclues, one lady picked up call then I told that shopclues is not a small shopping portal, I given order for different and you send different she replied that we apologies you will get your money as soon as . I requested to them pls erase this kind of merchant who listed on shopclues becoz it’s not a question of money it’s question of faith, believe, preference that we do .However I received my money few days back and I requested to shopclues please do work on that and don’t play with consumer emotion please .if you can’t provide same as on showing your app please dont show that image and send one clarification letters to all your merchant that this should not be happen infuture with any one becoz we know shopclues only not any of your merchant .at this point I am very feddup with shopclues and wish that you will work on your services . Hope so that my view will help for shopclues and user also.
