I am sorry to state if this is the way ShopClues work I need to highlight this on social and other media. Having got cheated once , I thought of trying ShopClues again. I ordered a blackberry device 9300 on the portal . After a day I got a call stating that they only have Pink color in stock and they can ship the black color in 24-48 hrs. To my surprise I got a call from your vendor today stating that this model is already discontinued and it is not their problem if Shopclues have it on portal.
I am very surprised this is the kind of Vendors shopclues work with. Why is ShopClues adding a discontinued product on their catalog and having unreliable vendors. I have lost 3 days on something as important as mobile device. I am very surprised how ShopClues will compete with other e-commerce vendors with this level of customer service.
I dont want a discontinued product but now need to escalate and raise this to social media that buyers should be cautious buying from ShopClues. Completely Unacceptable. Pathetic customer care. I need ShopClues to compensate me for the time lost as this is the second time this is happening.
