I ordered 3 Voltas airconditioners worth 73, 467(order # 87347341) from ShopClue.com 3 weeks backs. It looked like I’m saving a lot but they proved me wrong.
The product is still not delivered. the committed date has passed long back.
Customer service is’clue’ less on order status. The tracking link is not working. Customer care asked me twice on status of product. That tells you state of their capabilities.
No answer to written mail. They abruptly disconnect phone when you are questioning.
No response to refund.
While I’ll get back my money back thro’ legal channel, its waste of productive time.
Do not shop with them, I’m repenting. Save yourself. I’m buying online for 3-4 yrs now. Amazon and Snapdeal are best in terms of refund(if needed). Rediff, ebay and shopclue are pathetic.
