I used shopclues many time always there is a horrible experience.
One eg:. I ordered a blackberry phone. . .
Delivery is late n very bad the courier company has also irresponsible .
Product is slightly dameged .
Works fine that day but from next day the problems will start arising. Touch not responding.phone is lagging too much .then I wants to return but they told me for service.instead of returning.
And this type of case happened many time n now m never goes for shopclues at any cost.
Some important drawbacks of this company are:.
Very poor services .
The customer care support no has also not a toll free no .
Refund policy is not suitable.
Waranty on the goods the given by different private companies which are not good at all.
There is must be some problem in every product.
They will tamper the product n remove original parts .its my view .
But overall the site is useless never use it .
All the product are just useless.
So avoid using shopclues.
