I ordered for 10 pieces of antiglare matte screen guard for Zenfone 5 costs Rs. 290/-. Initially I received Clear type screen guard instead of Matte type. So I raised a request for its replacement with matte screen guards. I asked them many times stating that I need replacement, but not refund. After a long delay, they simply refused to replace the product stating that it is no more available in stock. So we are refunding the money.
My money was blocked for more than a month. I spent many hours on call(STD call) with shopclues customer care to discuss this matter as well as much valuable time of me. So I asked for compensation for it. they simply refused for it. I have its complete mails conversation as well as call recordings.
Instead of Rs. 290/-, I received message / mail for refund if Rs.284. While I called customer care and asked for it, they told me that we will forward this request to the concern department. I havent received any amount yet.
While I asked for Escalation Matrix of shopclues, they are not ready to share the information stating that there is no escalation matrix of shopclues. How could it be possible for a online shopping company to run without an escalation matrix for the customer?
Shopclues is a Big Cheater.
