Coustomer service of shopclues in very bad. A month ago I brought a headphone from shopclues.it was a used product and when I opt to return it. Its returning process is so lengthy and irritating.if I talk about its product quality it is very bad.as I mentioned above its just not poor quality but it also sell used product instead of new ones.delivery time is also bady bad.it takes 10 days to reach in its nearby places.shopclues apps and website is also bad.its app hangs and images of product is not of good quality and not contain multi angle image of the product. I am not impressed with it.For me shopclues is not realiable site for online shoping.
