Shopclues don’t have their own warehouse. They get products from sellers and send it in shopclue packages. I feel its better and safe to buy products from sites like flipkart who have their own warehouse, so that we don’t have to worry about authenticity of product.
As they don’t have their own warehouse, the repackaged item takes more time to get delivered. They never pick calls or answer your queries properly over phone. Flipkart is much professional than shopclues.
