I had placed an order with them on Jan 30th, it was supposed to reach me by Feb 7th and I still haven’t got it.
I have called them number of times sent emails. but nothing happened. I finally asked to cancel and give me my refund, they replied saying that they cannot do that as the product is already shipped on Feb 4th.
They do not know where the product is. when it will reach. This is the first time I placed an order with Shopclues and surely the last time.
I highly recommend to never ever shop from here.
Update: Money for my product was refunded.
