No resolution for your queries at all.
I had lost so much of my money for different purchases which I made on shopclues. Complained about missing items in the shipment, called their so called customer care team n no. of times n had to explain the issue again & again, sent n no. of emails with the pictures of the damaged products as a proof. Still they denied to give me the refund of the missing n damaged products. Kindly BAN this website. Or let me know how to sue them legally.
