Subject : fraud by SHOPCLUES online store I would like to bring to your notice that I had purchased a 55 Samsung curved tv from shopclues .I was assured that the tv delivered will be a genuine and brand new Samsung product and not a refurbished one.( the company has the recordings of each and every call from the customer and can be verified) .So we ordered the product and as it said that the payments had to be done online , we made the payments by the debit card on 3rd oct 2016.The TV arrived on 12th oct 2016 and we called the techician on 14th oct 2016. The techician unpacked the TV and brought to our notice that the product was NOT a genuine Indian Samsung product and it was a GREY MARKET product.On turning on the TV for the first time, he found hat the picture was distorted and the panel was broken to which he also gave the CUSTOMER SERVICE RECORD CARD.On complaining to the company , there has been no proper response or reply and the company has been denying its fault and not taking the responsibility.We have been deceived by the SHOPCLUES company as the product is not genuine Indian Samsung TV and is damaged. I request you not to buy anything from SHOPCLUES company as it does not even check Distributors genuineness.Thank you.
