Today I am going to say about bad experience that I had with the shopclues shooping website. Once I have ordered a door mat the price was Rs399 but after a certain time there was a discount the price now was Rs99 so I ordered that but after I ordered the product it was showing the that the total cost is Rs399. But still buyed it but after it came its packaging was very bad means it was visible what was inside and after I opened packaging the door mat was fully torn the wools had came out, after that I thought that why buyed. I thought that it is Rs399 the mat will be good but it was really bad and after that I wanted to return but it was not taking the return request. From that day I never shopped things in shopclues my Rs399 was wasted. Also I recommend to others not to buy things in shopclues and no need to waste money. The customer service is really bad. Shopping in this website is really waste of money and time.
