I am quite addicted to do shopping through online.
Almost from all major shopping websites I did the shopping and experience was smooth except Shop clues.
I have ordered Sony Mw600 Bluetooth device from Shop clues because price was showing lower compare to other website .I just simply purchased it without any delay.
I was pretty excited to get this product in my hand.
They took almost 2 weeks to deliver the product after continues follow up with them.
Now coming to point when I opened the package what I saw was completey furstating and awful. It was a chinees product with very cheap quality .
I followed up with Shop clues regarding this. They said seller is not ready to return this product hence nothing can be done.
Conclusion -worst customer support , ship cheap quality and local products , no delivery deadline.
and most important return and exchange policy which doesn’t exist for shopclues.
It was quite Depressing experience for me and then I decided always buy a product from genuine and trusted website.
